While at Hilton, he oversaw Regional Purchasing Operations, Customer Engagement, Business Development, Account Management, and Brand Relations. Before joining Hilton, Chad began his career at Global Hyatt Corporation as a corporate trainee and advanced to become serval key positions including director of food and beverage across various properties.

Chad West holds multiple professional certifications, such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM®) and Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute of Supply Management, along with Certified Foodservice Purchasing Manager (CFPM) from the National Restaurant Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Arizona State University and is a former President of the Institute of Supply Management of Arizona. Additionally, Chad is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
