David Depkon, C.P.M., CFPM brings over three decades of leadership experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a strong focus on hospitality and service-oriented industries. At ProcurLogic, LLC, he serves as the head of Operations, where he focuses on driving operational efficiency and optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance for clients across various sectors.

He is also the Managing Partner of Depkon Advisors LLC, a consulting firm specializing in hospitality supply chain solutions, supporting clients in streamlining procurement operations and improving overall business outcomes.

Prior to his current roles, David held multiple senior leadership positions at Hilton Worldwide, including Global Vice President of Procurement Business Services for Hilton Supply Management (HSM). There he led the development of HSM’s Center of Excellence, overseeing cloud-based sourcing platforms, category intelligence, and global procurement operations.

David’s expertise lies at the intersection of hospitality, supply chain strategy, and operational excellence. His data-driven approach and deep industry knowledge have consistently delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, sourcing, and supplier performance.

He holds a B.A. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and has earned both the Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) designation from the Institute for Supply Management and the Foodservice Purchasing Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association. He is also a former President of NAPM–Chicago, Inc.
