Before joining Emigrant Bank, Eve was the Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MB Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm in Chicago, Illinois.

Her career also includes a decade in the hospitality segment at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, where she held various positions such as Corporate Director of Human Resources, Regional Director of Labor Relations, Corporate Director of Hyatt University, and Regional Director of Training & Development. Eve's journey began at Ritz Carlton, where she served as an HR Generalist, Manager of Training, and Quality Assurance Manager.

Eve holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University.
