The best part of being a ProcurLogic member is that your process for orders does not change! You simply begin receiving discounted pricing on the services and products you use today!

What we need to finalize your enrollment:

  1. Complete the Electronic Letter of Participation (eLOP) by following the “Get Started” button above.

  2. Please provide any current account numbers for any supplier programs so we can transition you to ProcurLogic for savings on items you buy today.

  3. Let us know how many locations are enrolling, the addresses and who the best point of contact is, for suppliers to reach out directly to confirm support and services.

  4. Complete the Universal Credit Application (UCA) as part of the eLOP. Most supplier partners accept this document in lieu of individual credit applications for their programs or services.

  5. Please disclose any direct manufacturer or distributor programs with expiration dates. This helps ensure we don’t impact current special pricing you rely on today.

  6. If you are currently enrolled and / or utilizing another Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) please fill out a Letter of Termination.
